We stock a huge library of local, live-edge slabs in a range of species including Maple, Black Walnut, Myrtlewood, Elm, Sequoia, and Oak. We have everything from small, interesting and rare wood types, to massive single slabs for dining or conference tables. Highly figured slabs and bookmatched sets are our specialty, and our stock of Oregon Big Leaf Maple and Black Walnut is always changing. Maple is sourced from nearby sustainably managed forests, and we also work with the Urban Forestry Department in the city of Corvallis to salvage city trees that need to be removed due to age or other factors. Every slab is unique, sustainably sourced, and has a story to tell.

We carry a number of countertop options and styles, from solid wood in multiple species to particle board underlayment, and sheet stock laminates. We are the sole vendor in the United States for Key Deck, based out of New Zealand. Their unique proprietary process enables a blend of protective oils and color pigments to be infused into the wood for a highly durable, prefinished, natural wood decking well-suited to the Northwest climate. Key Deck is made from solid wood harvested from sustainably managed New Zealand forests. Quarter-sawn, straight, vertical grain, 100% clear boards are injected under vacuum with an arsenic-free treatment against decay and insect damage, as well as a highly durable fully-penetrating oil finish. Key Decking is available in two colors, Natural Amber and Antique Grey, in lengths from 6’-18’. When used with the Camo fastening system, this decking surface is smooth and free from fasteners and virtually maintenance-free.

We carry a number of finish options for your wood floor, including single component Pallman X-Power and dual-component Pallman X-Gold. These clear finishes are water-based, low-VOC, cure fully in three days, and will not amber over time. We are also an Osmo vendor. Osmo’s Polyx-oil is a general purpose hardwax-oil wood finish that is derived from natural vegetable oils and waxes. Resistant to water, dirt, beer, wine, cola and saliva, Osmo Polyx-Oil has an excellent surface quality and durability, and is microporous and molecularly bonds with the wood, meaning it does not crack, flake, peel or blister. We also carry Rubio Monocoat, which is a no-VOC oil-based finish that can be wiped or buffed onto flooring or furniture, is spot-repairable and easy to maintain.

Once you have the larger elements of your flooring or woodworking project in line, we have the little stuff to make all the details come together. We have a weekly sharpening service for your sawblades, router bits, or other cutters. We can even check you out one of our flooring nailers or specialty tools you might need for working on your floor or stair package.
